The further training measures under §45 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1/2 SGB III aimed at introducing participants to the training and labor market/reducing placement obstacles, offered by Bunte Brücke Ruhr Institute, are designed to equip participants with key qualifications to facilitate their entry into the German labor market. A key component of each measure is targeted job application under guidance. These measures aim to enable participants to build on and utilize their existing knowledge.
The target group for these further training measures includes job seekers, migrants, and asylum seekers with access to the labor market. This measure can be supported with an activation and placement voucher, applied for at the relevant employment agency. Participants in further training measures receive a certificate of participation. All subject-specific language qualifications also include an exam. Corresponding formats are tested: e.g., B1/B2 job; C1 university; B2/C1 medicine.
